We collect a full diagnostic panel—designed by Dr. Ramos—to uncover the real reason you’re feeling off. No vague “normal ranges.” Just data that tells the truth.

📊 Appointment 2 (3 Days Later): Build the Plan

Step 3: Review Your Results
Dr. Ramos breaks down what your labs are really saying—so you know exactly what’s helping or hurting your performance.

Step 4: Create a Custom Lifestyle Plan
You’ll co-create a plan that covers the fundamentals:

  • Sleep
  • Workouts
  • Nutrition
  • Stress Management

Everything is custom tailored to your physiology and lifestyle.

Step 5: Pellet Insertion Procedure
If testosterone replacement therapy is part of your plan, this is where it begins. The procedure is quick, precise, and designed for long-term consistency.

Step 6: Connect with Your Coach
You’ll be matched with a performance coach who will:

  • Keep you accountable
  • Help you implement your plan
  • Make adjustments as needed
  • Stay in touch via direct message

🔁 Appointment 3 (30 Days Later): Measure, Adjust, Optimize

Step 7: Follow-Up Bloodwork & Strategy Review
At the 30-day mark, we bring you back in to assess how your body is responding—both on paper and in real life.

We check:

  • Is your bloodwork trending in the right direction?
  • Are there any flags or early signs of side effects?
  • Are lifestyle changes moving other biomarkers in the right direction (glucose, cholesterol, inflammation, etc.)?

Then we talk:

  • How’s your sleep, your workouts, your diet—and are they actually working for you?
  • Are there obstacles getting in your way that we can help remove?
  • Are you adapting so well that it’s time to increase the difficulty for better gains?

You’ll also discuss:

  • Physical, mental, and sexual changes (subjective feedback is key to customizing your dose)
  • Any additional therapies or strategies that could accelerate your transformation

This is where precision gets personal.

🔄 Step 8 & Beyond: Continuous Optimization

Health isn’t static, and neither is your plan. This final phase is a feedback loop, not a finish line.

Your coach and medical team stay connected to:

Dr Ryan and the team are available to help you meet your goals. You’ll have bloodwork and pellet insertion appointments roughly every 3 months and you can drop into clinic any time you need further support.
